Many OLZA pieces are produced to order, made to the customer’s specifications or individually customised. For this reason, made-to-order, commissioned and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.

 

For any other purchases, OLZA does not offer voluntary returns beyond the rights provided to customers under applicable consumer law.

OLZA currently accepts payments through Wix Payments, PayPal and bank transfer.

Where necessary to fulfil an order, OLZA may provide relevant personal information to shipping and logistics providers.

DHL

The information provided will normally be limited to what is necessary to arrange and complete delivery, such as your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address and shipment details.

Shipping providers may process this information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

7. WIX

The OLZA website is hosted and operated using Wix.

Wix may process certain personal and technical information in connection with hosting the website, maintaining its functionality, operating the online store, processing orders, providing security and enabling payment services.

Information may therefore be stored or processed through Wix's infrastructure and service providers.

8. WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH

OLZA does not sell your personal information.

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:

• Wix and providers involved in operating and hosting the OLZA website;

• payment processors, banks and financial institutions;

• shipping and logistics providers including UPS, Correos and DHL;

• professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers where necessary;

• technology or administrative service providers acting on OLZA's behalf; and

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose will be shared.

OLZA does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising tools, newsletter tracking or separately configured analytics services.

If OLZA introduces optional analytics, advertising, marketing or similar technologies in the future, this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, the Cookie Policy and consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.

11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

OLZA does not currently operate an email newsletter or use customer information for systematic direct email marketing.

Order confirmations, shipping updates, customer-service messages and other communications directly related to a transaction are not marketing communications.

If OLZA introduces newsletters or other direct marketing in the future, customers will be given the appropriate information and choices required by applicable law.

12. DATA RETENTION

OLZA retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Order, payment, invoice and transaction information may be retained for the periods required under applicable accounting, tax, commercial, consumer and other legal obligations.
