Welcome to OLZA MADRID. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Categories

We offer three types of products:

  • 1 of 1 Pieces: Unique, hand-painted items that are only available in one size.

  • Collection Pieces: Made-to-order confection garments with an estimated production time of up to three weeks.

  • Commissions: Fully customized clothing pieces designed in collaboration with the customer.

3.2 Order Process

  • Orders are placed through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Customers must carefully review product descriptions before purchasing, as our items are exclusive and made to order.

3.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • 1 of 1 Pieces: Once purchased, these items cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Collection Pieces: Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Commissions: Due to their custom nature, commissions cannot be canceled after the initial consultation.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional charges such as customs fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 2-5 business days after shipment.

  • Europe: 5-10 business days after shipment.

  • Rest of the world: 10-15 business days after shipment.

4.2 Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

4.3 Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • 1 of 1 Pieces and Commissions: Due to their unique and custom nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Collection Pieces: Returns are only accepted if the item is defective upon arrival. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of OLZA MADRID. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.

  • OLZA MADRID is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
